Back-to-Back Shamelessness, Again!

We had so much good news this week, I just couldn't wait til next Saturday to share it!

First up, the news that literally made me SQUEE out loud, Grace Lin's WHERE THE MOUNTAIN MEETS THE MOON was #7 on the New York Times Children's Bestseller List last week! I know, right? We have famous people hanging out this group. Does that mean I need to clean up my act? ;)

Nancy Holder has a new YA short story "Our Lady of the Vampires," which will be published in A GIRL'S GUIDE TO GUNS AND MONSTERS ed. by Martin H. Greenberg and Kerrie Hughes, DAW. I so love that our members are still actively writing short stories. So important!

Malinda Lo just found on that ASH is on the Locus 2010 Recommended Reading List in the First Novel category. Malinda's totally fangirling over this, trust me.

P. J. Hoover's THE NAVEL OF THE WORLD got a fantastic review over at Charlotte's Library. Check it out!

Deva Fagan sold her first foreign rights this week. Tick Tock Publishers in the UK will be publishing CIRCUS GALACTICUS in Spring 2011, and will follow it with the sequel the next year! As a circus performer myself (I am, I swear), I'm super excited that Deva gets to spread the circus love to the international community!

But wait, there's more! Marissa Doyle's BEWITCHING SEASON a finalist for the South Carolina Young Adult Book Award for 2010-2011. There are some amazing nominees on that list and we are so excited that Marissa is among them!

Was that a record for most Inkies mentioned in a post? :)
